Designed for filmmakers who need high-end image quality without a bulky cinema rig, the ZR combines a full-frame sensor with internal 6K 12-bit RAW recording, professional color science, and robust audio capabilities in a compact, lightweight body.
Supporting R3D NE, N-RAW, and ProRes RAW HQ, the Nikon ZR gives you flexible post-production workflows with excellent dynamic range and color latitude. Dual native ISO and 15+ stops of dynamic range make it reliable for controlled studio shoots as well as challenging real-world lighting conditions.
What truly sets the ZR apart is its world-first in-camera 32-bit float audio recording, allowing you to capture clean, distortion-free sound without constantly riding audio levels — ideal for documentary work, interviews, and solo operators. Nikon’s advanced autofocus with subject detection, combined with 5-axis in-body image stabilization, makes handheld and run-and-gun shooting far more dependable.
The large 4.0-inch vari-angle LCD with waveform monitoring, LUT preview, and professional exposure tools ensures confident framing and monitoring on set.
